Kemal Cenap Berksoy
Kemal Cenap Berksoy, (b. 1875, Istanbul) - (d. November 28 1949), was a Turkish politician and physician.
He was graduated from Turkish Military Medicine school. He was also distinguished (Turkish: Ordinaryüs) Professor. He became deputy from Istanbul for 7th parliament and from Yozgat for 8th parliament in Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
